Shipping policy
- Where we ship: the US and Canada.
- Production: every hoodie is made to order, so it takes 3 to 7 business days to produce. Customers get a tracking email when it ships.
- Delivery: 3 to 7 business days in the US and 7 to 14 in Canada, counted from when the order ships.
- Shipping cost: calculated at checkout from the address and order size.
- Canada: the buyer pays any customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees.
- Multiple items: they may ship in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
- Wrong address: it can’t be changed once production starts. A package that comes back because of a bad address can be reshipped at the buyer’s cost.
- Lost or delayed packages: if tracking hasn’t moved in 10 days, the customer emails customerservice@hautecreativestudio.com.
