Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.
Processing time
Every hoodie is made to order, so it goes into production after you place your order. Production takes 3 to 7 business days. You will get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
Once your order ships, delivery to the United States usually takes 3 to 7 business days. Canada usually takes 7 to 14 business days. Holidays and weather can add a few days.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order.
Canadian orders
Customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees may apply to orders shipped to Canada. Those charges are set by the carrier and customs, and the buyer pays them.
Orders with more than one item
Items in the same order are made in different batches, so they can arrive in separate packages on different days. Each package has its own tracking number.
Wrong address
Check your address before you submit your order. Once production starts we cannot change it. A package returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at the buyer's cost.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not moved in 10 days, write to us at customerservice@hautecreativestudio.com and we will look into it.
